Ram Village Apartments are offered through the UNC-Chapel Hill Department of Housing & Residential Education.

Ram Village provides a unique on-campus experience balancing apartment living and with various engaging opportunities to get involved with the University and to build a strong sense of community.

Ram Village consists of five buildings located in two areas on South Campus and houses over 900 undergraduate students, with a majority of students being either juniors or seniors.

Ram Village apartments are available in 1, 2, 3, and (mostly) 4 bedroom floor plans. All apartments have full kitchens and living rooms and are furnished with a sofa, coffee table, dining table and chairs, and twin bed(s).
